    Run SFC in command prompt

First Run CMD as administrator then type in the following then hit enter
    sfc /scannow
    Did this complete successful?

Secondly Run the DISM Tool in command prompt , this will check your system health.

If the issue persists, I would have you run the DISM tool to check the system health and will try to restore the files. (may take up to 30 mins)

in your admin command prompt copy and paste the following:

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

I have tried both of those tools and they have found nothing rong with the system, but whenever I play Tom Clancy's Rainbow 6 Siege the game crashes whenever I start a mission and comes up with that blue screen, I have installed, reinstalled and updated my drivers and the same thing happens over and over again, I have even deleted and reinstalled the game over 3 times and nothing works.
    Any help on that?

I have the exact same problem! This may be dead now but if anyone know what can fix it please let me know.
