Can I Change the Windows 10 Boot Up Picture? anyone have any ideas how this works?
I believe I have stumbled across a way to change the boot screen picture in Windows 10 Creators Update. Right click screen and choose Personalize. Then choose Lock Screen on the left menu. In the "Background" box select the "Picture" option. Now choose a picture from one shown or Browse for another one. After selecting the picture, change the "Background" box to "Windows Spotlight". Picture should appear on boot screen at next boot. I'm not sure if changing to "Slideshow" works (for applying the boot screen picture).
