Empty Recycle Bin is greyed out ? Windows 10

    Empty Recycle Bin is greyed out? anyone have any ideas how this works?

    I've had this same issue. The problem was resolved by rebooting! I have no idea why that sometimes happens. Knock on wood, I've only had this issue happen once.

    Just for clarity, the recycle bin did have entries that I wanted deleted. I've verified that the button is normally grayed out if there are no entries to delete.
