    Q)How to uninstall Windows Update from CMD(Command Line) In Windows 10

    A) Click windows + X and select run Command Prompt(Admin)

    Type in the following: changing the update name to suit the one(s) you want to uninstall see my example below uninstalling kb:4035583 & kb:3952664

    wusa /uninstall /kb:4035583
    wusa /uninstall /kb:3952664

    The command wusa stands for Windows update Standalone Installer
